 We partner with three primary groups: Universities (Career Centers & International Offices), Host Companies (US Employers looking for talent), and Immigration Lawyers (seeking visa execution for clients). We serve as the operational bridge between these entities and the US Department of State designated sponsors.

 

We operate as a specialized partner to designated J1 Visa Sponsors. We handle the recruitment, vetting, training plan development (DS-7002), and logistical support, while facilitating the final visa sponsorship through our network of designated sponsors with over 78 years of combined experience. This ensures full regulatory compliance with a higher level of personalized service.

For Host Companies, the cost is primarily time and training. There are typically no recruitment fees charged to the employer for standard J1 placements. The program costs are usually borne by the participant or their university/government grants. Your main obligation is to provide a professional training environment and, in most cases, a stipend.

We assume the “Duty of Care.” Beyond securing the visa, we provide 24/7 on-ground emergency support for every student in the USA. We verify every host company’s workers’ compensation insurance and legitimacy before a student ever interviews. We act as an extension of your university’s risk management team.

Immigration attorneys often encounter clients who need J1 visa services, which the firm does not process in-house. We act as your trusted execution partner. You refer the client to us for the specific J1 placement and DS-2019 issuance, ensuring they receive white-glove service while you maintain the client relationship for other legal matters.

 For Universities and Legal Partners, we can operationalize a partnership within 5-10 business days after signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). For Host Companies, the vetting process (checking EIN, Workers Comp, etc.) typically takes 1-2 weeks before you can begin interviewing candidates.

Our infrastructure is designed to support candidates globally—whether they are from South America, Asia, or beyond. As long as candidates meet the US Department of State’s J1 visa eligibility requirements, we are eager to build partnerships in any region.

While our approval rate is 98%, denials can happen. In the event of a denial at the embassy, our “Risk-Free” policy typically applies to the participant (refunding the majority of program fees). For partners, we conduct a post-mortem to understand the consular officer’s reasoning and adjust future applications accordingly.
