Risk Management

We Assume the “Duty of Care”

Sending students abroad can be a logistical headache and a liability risk. Our partnership acts as an extension of your university’s risk management team.

Decades of Experience

Our partners have over 78 years of experience in cultural exchange. We have navigated every type of crisis, ensuring your students are in safe, capable hands.

24/7 On-Ground Support

If a student has a housing crisis or legal issue at 2 AM, we are the ones picking up the phone. We protect both the student’s wellbeing and the university’s reputation.

Compliance & Vetting

We rigorously vet every host employer. We liaise with our US sponsor partners to ensure SEVIS compliance, insurance verification, and site visits, removing the administrative burden from your staff.

Addressing Equity &
Access.

We believe global experience shouldn’t be reserved for the wealthy. That is why we have negotiated a unique Program Model with select host companies to democratize access.

  • Upfront Fee Coverage

Host partners often cover nearly half the initial program fees upfront.

  • Interest-Free Repayment

Students repay the loan via small, interest-free paycheck deductions only after they start earning.

The Result

This creates a realistic pathway for talented students who might otherwise be unable to afford the initial costs of an international internship.

Strategic Impact

A J1 Internship is more than a summer abroad; it is a calculated career accelerator. We help universities deliver tangible value to their students and peace of mind to parents.

We are committed to equity in global mobility. We have negotiated a unique Program Funding Model with select host employers. The J1 Intern visa is for current students or recent graduates (within 12 months of graduation).
