  3. Personalized Experience: To tailor the content and experience of our Platform when you log in, making it more relevant to your program search.
  4. Facilitating J-1 Sponsorship: To share necessary information with our designated J-1 Visa Sponsor partners to support your visa application process.
  1. Disclosure of Your Information

We share your information within the Bridge Aspire ecosystem, including with our Affiliates, potential program buddies, and partner organizations (such as J-1 Visa Sponsors and Host Organizations), solely to provide you with our comprehensive cultural exchange and training program facilitation services.

  1. Host Organizations: Your resume/CV, application details, and related program information will be shared with prospective Host Organizations only when you provide your express consent for a specific training opportunity.
  2. J-1 Visa Sponsors: We will share necessary information with our designated J-1 Visa Sponsor partners as required for your visa application and program oversight.
  3. Legal Compliance: We may also release information relating to you to regulatory or law enforcement authorities if legally required to do so. We reserve the right to disclose collected information to our professional advisors and to other persons to the extent that Bridge Aspire contracts out any aspect of its program facilitation services. These third parties will operate under similar confidentiality commitments as Bridge Aspire.
  4. Business Transitions: In the event Bridge Aspire undergoes a merger or acquisition by another business, we may share relevant information with the new business owners and their advisors.
  5. Buddy Program (If Applicable): Bridge Aspire may offer a personal buddy program (subject to availability) to connect participants with individuals already in their desired destination. The purpose is to provide peer support and local insights. If you opt into this program, your contact information will be shared with your assigned buddy for direct communication.
  1. Program Alerts and Account Management

To receive program alerts or updates, you must register on the Bridge Aspire Platform.

  1. Accuracy of Information: When you register, you must ensure that the details you provide are accurate and complete. You are responsible for immediately informing us of any changes to your registration information by updating your personal details so we can communicate effectively.
  2. Password Security: If you register for an account, you will be asked to create a password. To prevent unauthorized access, you must keep this password confidential and not disclose or share it. If Bridge Aspire has reason to believe there may be a security breach or misuse of the Platform, we may require you to change your password or suspend your account.

  1. Application Materials (Resume/CV)
  • Submission: We offer you the option of submitting your application materials (including your resume/CV) via this Platform. You can do this to apply for a specific advertised training position or for consideration by our program consultants for opportunities as they arise.
  • Access and Storage: While your application materials will be stored online, they will only be accessible by Bridge Aspire program consultants and relevant J-1 Visa Sponsor partners. Your resume/CV will also be internally reviewed and entered onto our central database for matching purposes.
  • Updating Information: You can update your application materials at any time by following the same procedure to submit new documents. Your old data will automatically be replaced.
  1. Your Use of the Bridge Aspire Platform

You may not use the Bridge Aspire Platform for any of the following purposes:

  1. Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material or otherwise breaching any laws.
  2. Transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense, results in civil liability, or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations, or code of practice.
  3. Interfering with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Bridge Aspire Platform.
  4. Making, transmitting, or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.

You will be responsible for our losses and costs resulting from your breach of this clause.   2. That any Host Organization or partner will request your application, invite you for an interview, or accept you into a training program.
  3. That any Host Organization or partner will maintain the confidentiality of any of your information or data provided to them (once shared with your consent, their own privacy policies apply).
  4. The final terms and duration of any training placement obtained through the Bridge Aspire Platform.
  1. Platform Availability

We cannot guarantee that the service will be fault-free. If a fault occurs in the service, you should report it to info @ bridgeaspire.com, and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as reasonably possible. If Bridge Aspire is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Platform, we will attempt to correct them as soon as reasonably possible.
